Vocational Rehabilitation Education Services

Contractors License & Business Center has proudly served the Vocational Rehabilitation community for over 25 years. CLB very much understands the requirements associated with vocational rehabilitation and work with professional counselors to meet the needs of the vocational rehab clients. Contractors License & Business Center remains committed to providing the best Rehabilitation Education programs and services for our students’ success, both personally and professionally.

Contractors License & Business Center was formerly under the regulation of the State of California's Bureau for Private Post Secondary and Vocational Education. As of January1,2010, the new Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) came into existence replacing the BPPVE. CLB now operates under the provisions of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (CPPEA), Article 4 Section 94874(f) as an exempt institution offering non-degree education programs for total charges of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) or less. The Act is administered by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), PO Box 980818, West Sacramento, CA 95798

Our programs, taught by experienced instructors and most of them are licensed Contractors in California, so they know the industry. All study materials are included in the tuition for each program. Developed for the career-oriented individual, our courses have completion times that vary from four to sixteen weeks. The demand construction and related industries provide numerous employment opportunities many of which are classified as “light physical duty”.
